The first prototype handled 23 simultaneous conversations across three messaging platforms. Harriet tested it with a local bakery owner named Saoirse Keating who was drowning in Facebook messages, Instagram DMs, and website inquiries. Within three weeks, Saoirse stopped missing orders entirely.

That small success revealed something bigger. Businesses needed more than automation—they needed a system that understood context across platforms while maintaining a consistent voice. Our technical lead Jorah Pelletier spent eight months building the synchronization engine that now powers every conversation.

We learned by watching. Real estate agents needed quick property searches. Medical clinics required appointment confirmations. Each industry shaped how we thought about conversation flow and response timing.
