Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Wailone ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.

Description of Services

Wailone provides online group services focused on multi platform chatbot deployment, including collaborative interaction, experience exchange, and structured facilitation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

User Content

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or information provided through the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wailone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wailone and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least thirty days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the services.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Wailone regarding the services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and our failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
